Farewell to the Andersons Creek Primary School Grade 6 Class of 2024! 👋✨ As the school year comes to an end, we say goodbye to an incredible group of students who have grown, learned, and achieved so much during their time at our school.
What a busy time of the year this last week of school is! After the excitement of our grade 6 graduation, it was time for our Special Awards Assembly to acknowledge and celebrate the outstanding achievements of our students.

Toilets may not be the most glamorous part of a school, but they certainly are one of the most essential. ACPS was lucky enough to receive nearly $500,000 in a recent round of the Minor Capital Works Fund and we were excited to welcome Sonja Terpstra MP to help us officially open our new toilet block this week.
Happy Principals’ Day to Mr Webber from all of us at ACPS! Every other day is focused on our students so it’s nice to have one day when we can thank our Principal. Mr Webber’s commitment to fostering a positive and welcoming environment has had a huge impact on our students, staff and broader community.

We’re incredibly proud of our three students who competed in the School Sport Victoria State Cross Country Championships at Yarra Glen Racecourse today! 🏃♀️🌟👏 Gracie ran an amazing race to finish 5th in the 11yo girls section and Anna gave her all, securing 37th place in the same category. Molly then finished 23rd in the 12/13yo girls race.
Is there anything these girls can’t do??? With many of them fresh off the stage from Shrek, our 5/6 AFL team headed to Zerbes Reserve today to play in a girls football competition.
After three amazing performances of Shrek The Musical JR, the show must come to an end. Eight months of planning, rehearsing, costume making, set construction, and we can now all sit down for a well-earned rest. But before we do, there are plenty of people we need to thank…
Congratulations to Anna, Gracie, Ike, and Molly who competed in the Eastern Metropolitan cross country yesterday. They all showed grit and determination and ran their hearts out against some very strong competition. We’re so proud of them all!
There’s nothing better than dunking your Principal and teachers in icy cold water…unless it’s dunking them while helping to raise money to fight a devastating disease. A huge thank you to our community for raising $4,176 to Fight MND!
Well done to our Junior School Council students who organised and ran a special Assembly and morning tea today to say thank you to our local first responders. We are grateful to our local CFA, Police, SES and Ambulance for taking the time to attend ACPS today. Thank you for all you do to keep our community safe. #thankafirstresponder
